All events, films and communications for them include a hot link that will take you to a site where you can book and pay for your tickets. If you are not able or comfortable to do this then email artsinthelangfords@langfordparishhall.co.uk to book and you may then pay by BACS or card machine at the door.

It would be appreciated if Members of the AitL Movie Club email this address to advise of their intention to attend a film.

memebers may not transfer their tickets to non-members, otherwise yes, you can. It would help if you let us know the name and contact information of the person to whom you have transferred your ticket in advance of the event.

Generally we do not offer refunds but in exceptional circumstances we will give fair consideration on request.

The hall has a full licence and sells quality wine and beer at very reasonable prices. This is a valuable source of income for us so we do not permit alcohol to brought to events that are run by the hall. We also sell teas, coffees, soft drinks, ice cream and a range of snacks. If you hire the hall for your own event you may bring your own alcohol, food and refreshments if you wish to or equest us to open the bar for you..

From time to time we run films and events aimed at younger audiences. The Board of censors ratings are included in our film advertisements to enable parents to determine if they are suitable for their children. It is up to the judgement of the parents to determine if a live event would be appropriate for a child.

There is a ramp up to the front door of the hall suitable for wheelchair access. There is a small kerb to be mounted on the pavement and a small sill at the front door.

The toilets are disabled friendly but do not have full facilities.

There is on street parking on the east side of Duck Street. Please park facing the hall and well away form the road junction. There is additional parking close by at Langford Lakes for use when we have events.
